Welcome to the Broadgreen & Queenstown
History Archive

Broadgreen and Queenstown are two distinct neighbourhoods that fall either side of Corporation Street in the centre of Swindon in north Wiltshire.

The homes built here during the reign of Queen Victoria on the fields around Lower Eastcott Farm  were in the main, typical of the 2 up 2 down terraced housing so closely connected with Britain’s industrial past.
